Park Lawn Corporation has announced the scheduling of a special meeting for shareholders to vote on a going private transaction, where Viridian Acquisition Inc. will acquire all outstanding shares for $26.50 each. The virtual special meeting is set for July 29, 2024, after a record date of June 18, 2024. Additionally, the company’s annual meeting has been postponed and will be rescheduled before September 30, 2024.
