Park Lawn Corporation has finalized its transaction to go private through an arrangement with Homesteaders Life Company and Birch Hill Equity Partners, with shareholders receiving $26.50 per share in cash. Following the arrangement, Park Lawn’s common shares and debentures will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the company will cease to be a reporting issuer.
