Park Lawn Corporation is set to be acquired by Viridian Acquisition Inc., backed by Homesteaders Life Company and Birch Hill Equity Partners, following a final court order approving the arrangement. Shareholders have agreed to the plan, with the acquisition of all issued and outstanding common shares at $26.50 each anticipated to close around August 9, 2024, pending customary closing conditions.
