ParcelPal Logistics Inc. has updated stakeholders on the delay in filing its 2023 annual financial statements and Q1 2024 interim reports due to the need for additional time, resulting in a management cease trade order (MCTO) that restricts trading by the company’s top executives. Other investors are not affected by this MCTO. The company is working with its auditors to complete the required filings by June 28, 2024.
