Paragon REIT, managed by Paragon REIT Management Pte. Ltd., has announced its intention to fully redeem its S$300,000,000 4.10% subordinated perpetual securities on August 30, 2024. Following the redemption, these securities will be cancelled and removed from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST). Investors holding these securities will receive their redemption payments in Singapore dollars through The Central Depository (Pte) Limited.
