Panthera Resources Increases Stake in Mali Gold Project

Panthera Resources Plc (GB:PAT) has released an update.

Panthera Resources Plc has announced a restructuring of interests, resulting in the company now owning 100% of Maniger Ltd and increasing its stake in the Kalaka gold project in Mali from 40% to 80%, while exiting the Nigerian Projects. The restructuring involves a payment of approximately $67,931 to settle intercompany loans, aligning with Panthera’s focus on Kalaka due to a re-evaluation of the site’s potential and stronger gold prices. Kalaka is considered a significant gold system with the potential to hold multiple million ounces of gold.
