Panthera Resources Plc, a gold exploration and development firm with assets in West Africa and India, has announced an update on its equity financing. The company confirmed the admission to trading of 1,818,182 new Ordinary Shares on AIM, expected around 18 July 2024, following a previous announcement on 5 July 2024. This move will bring the total number of issued and voting shares to 195,107,124, with each share entitling the holder to one vote.
