Panthera Resources Boosts Stake in Mali Gold Projects

Panthera Resources Plc (GB:PAT) has released an update.

Panthera Resources Plc has announced a restructuring of its joint ventures, increasing their stake in both the Kalaka and Bassala gold projects in Mali from 80% to 85%, with local partner GSM carrying the costs until the start of construction. The company aims to strengthen its position for potential funding and strategic partnerships to advance these highly prospective West African gold assets. Enhancements to the joint venture terms include a one-off payment and share issuance to GSM, and a commitment to a ‘carry’ of costs, highlighting the company’s confidence in the projects’ potential.
