Panther Securities (GB:PNS) has released an update.
Panther Securities PLC reported a pre-tax profit of £5.499 million for the year ended 31 December 2023, a decrease from the previous year’s £22.902 million, influenced by a reduction in swap value. Rental income increased, largely due to acquisitions in 2022, contributing to growth. The company’s property portfolio appreciated to £185 million, and a new loan facility was secured, enhancing their financial position. Additionally, the company proposed a final dividend of 6p per share, maintaining a commitment to shareholder returns.
