Panther Metals Ltd. (AU:PNT) has released an update.
Panther Metals Ltd has launched a pro-rata renounceable entitlement issue to raise approximately $1.96 million by offering new shares and options to fund major projects and for general working capital. Eligible shareholders will receive three new shares for every two held at $0.015 each, with free attaching options, while ineligible shareholders outside specified countries can’t participate and their entitlements will be sold on their behalf. The funds will primarily support the Laverton Gold and Coglia Nickel projects.
