Panther Metals Launches Share Entitlement Issue

Panther Metals Ltd. (AU:PNT) has released an update.

Panther Metals Ltd has launched a renounceable entitlement issue to raise up to $1,961,238 by offering three new shares at $0.015 each for every two shares held, with an additional option for every four shares issued. This capital increase is intended to fund exploration programs in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Eligible shareholders have various options for participation and must act by the closing date of September 17, 2024.
