Panther Metals Ltd has successfully closed its fully subscribed renounceable rights issue, raising $1,961,238, and due to high demand, is now conducting a Follow-on Placement to raise an additional $261,498. This new offering includes up to 17,433,233 shares at $0.015 each, along with one free attaching option for every four shares issued. The Supplementary Prospectus detailing these amendments is now available and should be read in conjunction with the original Prospectus.
