Panther Metals Ltd. has announced a new proposed issue of securities, which includes over 32 million unlisted options expiring in September 2027 and around 130 million ordinary fully paid shares. The offer is set to go live on the 26th of August 2024 with the record date following on the 27th, and it will close by the 17th of September. The issue date for these securities is slated for the 24th of September 2024.
