Pantheon Resources PLC has announced board changes, including the appointment of Philip Patman, Jr. as the new Chief Financial Officer, as part of their strategy to monetize their Alaskan oil and gas resources. The company aims to achieve cashflow self-sufficiency through the development of the Ahpun field to fund further expansion, including the Kodiak field. The changes align with efforts to strengthen governance and prepare for a potential US listing, while founding member Justin Hondris transitions to a new UK-based role.
