Pantera Silver Completes Oversubscribed Private Placement

Pantera Silver (TSE:PNTR) has released an update.

Pantera Silver Corp. has successfully completed the final tranche of its upsized and oversubscribed private placement, raising a total of $1,371,399 through the issuance of 11,428,333 Units. The funds are earmarked for exploration, potential acquisitions, and general working capital. Each Unit from the second tranche includes a common share and a purchase warrant, with the latter exercisable for two years.
