Pantera Minerals Limited has updated the employment terms for Mr. Barnaby Egerton-Warburton as CEO and Executive Chairman, maintaining his fixed remuneration at A$300,000. New incentives include a cash bonus up to A$500,000 for the successful sale or farmout of a primary asset, with bonuses triggered at different asset value thresholds. The company, operating in a prime lithium brine region in Arkansas, is set to leverage conventional drilling methods for lithium extraction, aiming for a low-emission and land-efficient operation.
