Pancontinental Director’s Stake Shifts

Pancontinental Energy NL (AU:PCL) has released an update.

Vesna Petrovic, a director of Pancontinental Energy NL, has significantly altered their stake in the company by exercising options, resulting in the acquisition of 13,913,043 ordinary shares and the disposal of 20,000,000 unlisted options. Following these changes, Petrovic now holds 14,913,043 ordinary shares, along with 500,000 listed and 20,000,000 unlisted options. The transactions were conducted under the company’s Cashless Exercise Facility per the Incentive Awards Plan.
