Pan-United Corporation Ltd has announced significant changes to its board effective from 15 July 2024, including the appointment of Ms Ng Bee Bee as the Executive Chairman and Mr Chan Wan Hong as an Independent Director. Ms Ng, the former CEO, will also chair the Executive Committee, while Mr Chan will join both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Additionally, Mr Fong Yue Kwong has been re-designated as Lead Independent Director and added to the Audit Committee.
