Pan Asia Environmental Protection Group Ltd. is expanding into the Web 3.0 and AI industries, with its U.S. subsidiary Pan Asia USA signing an exclusive agency agreement with PowerMeta to offer GPU computing power rental services in Southeast Asia and Australia. The deal, which is a continuing connected transaction due to common ownership, has been approved by the company’s board and is subject to certain Hong Kong listing rules and shareholder approval requirements.
