Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. has announced the appointment of Mr. Sze Ka Ho as a non-executive Director and Mr. So Ching Tung, JP as an independent non-executive Director, effective from 6 September 2024. Both bring a wealth of experience to the company, with Mr. Sze having a background in financial sector operations and Mr. So having over two decades of expertise in corporate management and financial investment. Their appointments are set for a term of two years, with each receiving an annual emolument of HK$60,000.
