Finance Director Deon Louw of Pan African Resources has engaged in a series of transactions involving the transfer, purchase, and securing of shares, resulting in an indirect beneficial interest of 0.0505% and a direct beneficial interest of 0.1733% of the company’s issued share capital. The transactions included a share transfer, a collar transaction, share acquisition, and a loan arrangement secured with shares.
