Pampa Metals Expands Private Placement Amid Exploration Success

Pampa Metals Corporation (TSE:PM) has released an update.

Pampa Metals Corporation has increased the size of their private placement to $2 million to accommodate a European specialist resources fund, insiders, and long-term shareholders. The proceeds from the placement will finance ongoing exploration at the Piuquenes Copper-Gold Porphyry Project, following promising drilling results. The placement, which includes common shares and half-purchase warrants, is expected to close on April 15, 2024.
