Pampa Energía Secures Total Control of OCP Pipeline

Pampa Energia SA (PAM) has released an update.

Pampa Energía S.A. has successfully completed the acquisition of the remaining 36% of Oleoducto de Crudos Pesados (OCP) Ecuador S.A., resulting in a full 100% ownership. This strategic move, costing $22.9 million, allows Pampa Energía to now fully consolidate OCP’s financial statements. OCP operates Ecuador’s key privately-owned oil pipeline, spanning over 485 kilometers and handling a significant portion of the country’s oil transportation.
