Pampa Energía Completes Successful Notes Buyback

Pampa Energia SA (PAM) has released an update.

Pampa Energía S.A., an Argentine energy leader, has successfully completed its cash tender offer for the purchase of all outstanding Series 1 7.500% Notes due 2027, as of September 10, 2024. Investors tendered US$397,296,000 worth of notes, which were all accepted by Pampa, alongside an additional payment of US$3,807,420.08 for accrued interest. The transaction was facilitated by major financial institutions, including Citigroup and J.P. Morgan, acting as Dealer Managers.
