Pampa Energía S.A. has launched a cash tender offer for all of its outstanding 7.500% Series 1 Notes due in 2027, with a principal amount of $750 million. Noteholders participating in the tender will receive $1,000 per $1,000 of principal amount, excluding accrued interest, which will also be paid up to the settlement date. The offer, subject to certain conditions, expires on September 5, 2024, with the company reserving the right to extend or terminate the offer.
