Pampa Energia SA (PAM) has released an update.
Pampa Energía S.A. has announced a significant change affecting its Hidroeléctrica Los Nihuiles S.A. concession, with the Argentine Secretariat of Energy reducing the transition period to six months, potentially extendable, and ending on November 30, 2024. Additionally, oversight of the concession is shifting from ENARSA to Mendoza’s Undersecretary of Energy and Mining.
