Pambili Set for Golden Valley Mine Acquisition

Pennine Petroleum (TSE:PNN) has released an update.

Pambili Natural Resources Corporation has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its acquisition of the Golden Valley Gold Mine in Zimbabwe. The deal includes issuing 19 million shares and a cash payment of $50,000 USD to White Satin Investments, the mine’s current owners. Finalizing this transaction will allow Pambili to push forward with their planned underground drilling operations aiming to bring the mine back to full production.
