Palisades Goldcorp Ltd. has settled a lawsuit with ThreeD Capital Inc. and 1313366 Ontario Inc., avoiding potential legal costs and uncertainty by agreeing to transfer a total of 3,750,000 common shares of New Found Gold Corp. to the plaintiffs. The agreement involves no admission of wrongdoing and includes a four-month holding period for a portion of the shares, subject to regulatory approval.
