Paliburg Holdings Limited announced successful passage of all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on June 13, 2024, with unanimous shareholder approval for the adoption of financial statements, re-election of directors, and re-appointment of their auditor, Ernst & Young. The company also received majority support for the issuance and disposal of additional shares, with more than 98% votes in favor. The AGM saw full attendance from the board of directors, and Tricor Tengis Limited served as the scrutineer for the polling process.
