Palamina Corp. has announced its acquisition of Sociedad Minera Vicus Exploraciones S.A.C., gaining full control over the Pluma sediment-hosted copper silver project in northeastern Peru. This strategic move complements Palamina’s ‘acquire and hold’ strategy in the region, enhancing its portfolio with a project adjoining Hannan Metals Limited’s significant San Martin Copper Silver Project. The company is also progressing with its own drilling initiatives at the Usicayos gold project in southeastern Peru, demonstrating a commitment to expanding its presence in the country’s burgeoning copper and gold sectors.
