The latest update is out from Palace Capital ( (GB:PCA) ).

Palace Capital reported that its property portfolio was valued at £31.3 million as of 31 March 2026, representing a like-for-like decline of about 16% since 30 September 2025. The portfolio comprises four investment properties, a residential asset and a ground rent freehold, with three office assets down around 11% and the Forum in Exeter valued in line with its agreed sale terms after allowing for vacant possession costs.

The company’s remaining leisure asset, Sol in Northampton, saw its value fall roughly 25% over six months to £9.6 million, although that level is broadly in line with its valuation a year earlier, underscoring ongoing volatility in leisure property values. Palace Capital also retains eight apartments at Hudson Quarter in York valued at £2.95 million, with several units already under offer or sold, and plans to publish interim results in June that will update investors on the impact of these valuation movements on net asset value.

Spark’s Take on PCA Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, PCA is a Neutral.

The score is primarily supported by improved financial stability (debt eliminated) and strong recent cash generation, plus shareholder-return-focused corporate actions. Offsetting factors include multi-year revenue decline and volatility in results, with only modest technical momentum and a valuation that is helped by the yield but limited by a mid-to-high P/E.
