Palace Capital Finalizes Share Buyback

Palace Capital (GB:PCA) has released an update.

Palace Capital PLC has completed a share buyback, purchasing 8,667,760 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 250 pence each, and subsequently cancelling them. This buyback, which was part of a tender offer that saw an oversubscription, leaves the total number of shares in issue at 28,892,535, with none held in treasury. Shareholders may use this new total to assess changes in their shareholdings in accordance with regulatory requirements.
