Pak Tak International Limited has announced a further extension of the Long Stop Date for their major acquisition deal, moving the deadline from September 30, 2024, to December 31, 2024, to allow more time to meet certain conditions precedent. This extension follows previous announcements and is documented in a supplemental agreement between the involved parties. All other terms of the acquisition agreement remain unchanged.
