Pak Tak International Limited has completed a major acquisition, securing full ownership of a target company through the issuance of 950 million new shares. This transaction, valued at RMB 289.86 million, resulted in the vendor becoming a substantial shareholder with a 16.87% stake in the company. As a result, Pak Tak’s share capital has expanded significantly, integrating the acquired company’s financials into its own.
