Raphael Geminder, a director of Pact Group Holdings Ltd, has increased his indirect shareholding in the company through off-market transfers and on-market purchases, with the total number of shares now standing at 302,507,302. The shares were acquired over the period from May 29, 2024, to June 4, 2024, at a total consideration of $650,034. The transactions included acceptance of a takeover offer by Bennamon Industries and purchases at $0.84 per share.
