Pacific Textiles Holdings Limited announces plans to revise their current governing documents to align with updated regulatory requirements and to incorporate changes in the Listing Rules effective from December 31, 2023. These amendments will be brought before the shareholders at the annual general meeting scheduled for August 15, 2024, and if passed, will be immediately enacted.
