Pacific Smiles Director Steps Down, Retains Shares

Pacific Smiles Group Ltd (AU:PSQ) has released an update.

Pacific Smiles Group Limited has announced the cessation of director Zita Peach, who held her position until August 28, 2024. Despite no longer being a director, Peach retains a significant interest in the company, with 135,000 ordinary fully paid shares through the J Peach Super Fund A/C. The company disclosed this information in accordance with the rules of the Australian Securities Exchange.
