Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. has successfully completed the first tranche of its oversubscribed private placement, raising over $1.675 million. This capital boost is earmarked for general working capital and further exploration of their flagship Kliyul copper-gold project, along with other similar projects in British Columbia. The company issued both flow-through and non-flow-through units, with the final tranche of the financing expected to close soon.
