Pacific Radiance Ltd. has announced significant changes to its Board and Board Committees, effective from April 30, 2024. The company will see the retirement of three Independent Directors, Mr. Yong, Mr. Goh, and Mr. Ng, and the appointment of new members Mr. Sunarko, Mr. Irwin Lim, and Mr. Raymond Lum, who will assume various leadership roles in the Board’s committees. Pacific Radiance expressed gratitude for the contributions of the retiring directors.
