Pacific Online Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Lee Kit Ying as an independent non-executive director and audit committee member starting from October 1, 2024. With over 20 years of experience in financial markets, particularly in derivatives and securities market supervision, Ms. Lee brings a wealth of expertise to the company. Her appointment comes with a three-year term and an annual director’s fee of HK$420,000, exclusive of bonuses or executive benefits.
