Pacific Millennium Packaging Group Corporation announced unanimous approval for all resolutions at their Annual General Meeting held on June 18, 2024, including the adoption of audited financial statements, a final dividend declaration of HK$0.08 per share, and the re-election of executive Directors Cheng Hsien-Chun and Philip Tan. The company also confirmed the reappointment of BDO Limited as their independent auditors, with all resolutions passed by 100% of the votes.
