Pacific Millennium Packaging Group Corp. has appointed Ms. Zhu Ying as an independent non-executive director, effective October 21, 2024. Ms. Zhu, with extensive experience in corporate human resources, will serve a one-year term with an annual director’s fee of HK$240,000. Her appointment is seen as a strategic move to enhance the company’s governance and operational oversight.
