On September 13, 2024, Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC announced the buyback of 3,500 of its own ordinary shares at 566.92p each, which will be held in Treasury. Post-purchase, the company now holds 1,461,585 shares in Treasury, leaving a total of 90,613,376 shares in issue for shareholders to reference for their stake calculations.
