On October 2, 2024, Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC announced the buyback of 8,300 of its own ordinary shares at 612.01p each, subsequently holding these shares in Treasury. This transaction has adjusted the total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury-held shares, to 90,586,351, a figure important for shareholders in monitoring their stake in the company.
