Pacific Century Welcomes New Audit Committee Member

Pacific Century Regional Developments (SG:P15) has released an update.

Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Clara Tiong Siew Ee to its Audit and Remuneration Committees, effective from the conclusion of their 60th Annual General Meeting on April 16, 2024. Ms. Tiong is recognized as an independent member under the SGX-ST Listing Manual and joins a team of four other directors who form the Audit Committee.
