P2 Gold Inc. has upsized its non-brokered private placement from 10 million units to 18 million, closing the first tranche at 5 million units for $250,000. Additionally, the company has settled a $840,000 shareholder loan with shares at a deemed price of $0.10 each. The funds raised will support exploration and general corporate activities.
