OxPay Financial Limited announced the cancellation of its extraordinary general meeting originally scheduled for December 19, 2024, following the lender’s decision to review the terms of a Convertible Loan Agreement. The lender cited a material adverse change in the company’s financial performance as the reason for renegotiation. OxPay plans to reconvene the meeting once revised loan terms are agreed upon.
