Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC has announced the issuance of 101,445 new ordinary shares following the exercise of share options and remuneration schemes. These shares are now trading on the London Stock Exchange, increasing the total number of voting rights to 940,997,609. The company’s share capital now includes additional anti-takeover shares with no changes in treasury shares.
