Oxford Nanopore Exec Acquires Matching Shares

Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC (GB:ONT) has released an update.

Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC has reported that Nick Keher, the company’s CFO, has acquired 102 ordinary shares at £1.46 each through the Share Incentive Plan (SIP). In accordance with the plan, the company also granted Keher an equal number of matching shares, resulting in a combined total of 204 shares transacted. This financial activity took place on the London Stock Exchange and is part of the company’s compliance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
