Oxford Instruments plc has announced an application for a block listing of 150,000 ordinary shares to facilitate awards under its Performance Share Plan. These shares are anticipated to be admitted to the FCA Official List on July 22, 2024, and will have equal standing with the existing ordinary shares once issued.
